thank you for booking in. We can do one after the other, but until 100 persons are leaving and the next 100 are on stage, this will take time.

So my suggestion is:

11:30 set up & rehearsal choir 1

12:30 -13:30 concert 1

13:30 end – new choir comes, set up, rehearsal

2:30 – 3:30 second concert.

would that be ok?

I will check for the price with the group.

IN case they think it is too small – ist there an option that we split the group and that they sing a concert of 1 hour in 2 parts

e.g.

one from 1 – 2

second from 3 – 4?

What would this mean pricewise?

Monday 29th of July 2019 is free for reservation. The “stage” dimensions are 6,8 m width, 8 m depth, the chorists also may use the three steps and we have several risers. I have to say, that we have no experiences with such a huge choir, we can manage and fit 120 people. May you please consider if it is ok for your clients to be placed in this (not very big) “stage”.

 

Also the cloakrooms are just two with limited capacity.

 

Today, I will be in the church, I can also discuss with my colleagues what they think.

I have a Canadian choir that  would like to perfrom in St. Nicholas on July 29. 2019– 2 or 3 pm – what ever is more convenient.

Would this be possible please?

can you also tell me, how many choiristers fit into the church – having like 150 – 170 – would this be possible?

Do you have risers in the church or would we have to rent some?
