The clergy and elected church councillors (the elders) are the leading authority. These members take care of parish community. The councillors are elected by clergy.

The Czechoslovak Hussite Church administers the seven sacraments -

The baptism sacramention – The parents may ask for the baptism for theis children, also adults can be baptised. The clergywoman meets the parents for consultaion before the ceremony. The adult person is also prepared by talking about his questions, church, prayers and by reading The Bible.

The marriage – The engaged couple have to be baptised and one of them have to be a members of our church. The pastoral consultations come before the marriage ceremony.

The matrimonial benediction – Usually the foreigners are asking us for the matrimonial benediction cerenomy – they can be married or not and the are believers. They would like to make a promise in our temple.

The confirmation ceremony – Aspirant to confirmation ceremony is prepared for making a promise of his faith. They remind to themselves that they are the part of church.

The ills´consolation – The consolation can be provided in the hospital by clergywoman. The clergywoman may help you when you are asking for the reason of your illness by prayers and personal support.

The penitence – The personal shrift is possible after making an arrangement with the clergywoman.

The Eucharist – The Eucharist is served every Sunday during the church servise – only for the baptised.
